DCAP is supported by a UK-wide expert clinical group made of up colleagues representing all the professionals involved in diabetes care (including consultants, nurses, podiatrists, pharmacists and dieticians). In addition, the programme team have collaborated with Diabetes UK to bring together a group for people with diabetes to have input into the programme.
